With a focus on our clients‘ requirements we produce our films offline on modern extruders. Their supply with the necessary polyethylene granules is safeguarded directly from our amply dimensioned silos. Common raw materials are LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE. In the field of ‚technical films‘, recipes are individually composed in accordance with the demands and requirements of our clients. All the production parameters are computer controlled and will be stored for repeat orders.

The total output of our extruders is more than 10,000 tonnes of film thicknesses from 17 to 120 µ a year. The maximum width of a web is approximately 1,600 mm, maximum lengths depending on the film thickness are 7,500 - 40,000 m/roll (Ø 1m).
